Do you ship to my country?
 

When you create an account, we will ask for your shipping address details including country.  Please review the international shipping details.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Please note that we are taking the following measures to ensure the validity of each credit card transaction.

1. The billing and shipping addresses MUST match the addresses on file with your credit card company. Please be sure to enter a valid daytime telephone number so we can verify the shipping information if required.

2. Your email address must be valid and preferably not from a free email source like Hotmail or Yahoo.

3. You must include a valid phone number when registering.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we have this policy due to the high amount of credit card fraud, which has been up to 25% of all International orders. When you provide the information requested we are able to ensure a secure ecommerce transaction. All orders not meeting these criteria may be subject to additional security verification.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. For example, Canadian customers will be assessed the 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) or the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or PST (Provincial Sales Tax) when the order arrives. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

If you decide for whatever reason not to accept delivery for an order you have placed, you will be charge for all applicable shipping, duties, tariffs, taxes, restocking, and/or handling fees associated with the merchandise being returned to our 655 Leffingwell Ave. Suite R, St. Louis, MO 63122 USA location.
