Warranty
Warranties vary by product. All warranty information can be found on the last page of the owner’s manual, which is generally one to three years. All repairs are handled by the manufacturer. Midland 2 Way is not responsible for exchanges between the customer and the manufacturer. These are the steps required by the manufacturer for repair If your warranty is still in effect, please include a copy of your sales receipt (contact us if you need one) and a short note explaining what is wrong with the product. If your warranty has expired, please follow these steps:
1. Include a money order or a MasterCard/Visa number including: name, billing address and expiration date. (No checks will be accepted). This is a list of repair prices. This price includes repair and return shipping.

Return/Exchange Information
A request for return or defective exchange can only be made within the first 30 days of purchase. Before items can be returned for credit or replacement, an RMA number must be obtained. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused by Midland 2 Way and will be returned to you at your expense. The product must be received within 14 days of the RMA number being issued. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Products returned for credit must be in the original, unopened packaging. Once the product is received and found to be in new condition, a credit will be given in the same form as the original payment. At our discretion, there will be a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount credited. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. Any opened product will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
Defective products being returned for exchange must be returned to Midland 2 Way before a replacement will be sent. Defective exchanges apply only to products that are received and found to be defective. This does not include any product damage caused by the user. The customer must pay the shipping to Midland 2 Way; Midland 2 Way will pay the shipping for the return.
Any mis-shipped products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Mis-shipped products being returned for exchange must be returned to Midland 2 Way before a replacement will be sent. The customer must pay the shipping to Midland 2 Way; Midland 2 Way will pay the shipping for the return.
